We offer refund-only returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Refund:
- Items that are defective, damaged, or not as described
- Refund requests must include your order number and a description of the issue
Required Documentation:
- Please provide clear photos of the item showing the defect or damage along with your refund request. Requests without photos may not be processed.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse
Refund Process: Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that items do not need to be returned.
